Die Aufgaben In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem General Counsel decken Sie ein breites Spektrum an juristischen und Compliance-Aufgaben ab, darunter: Erstellung von Gesellschafterbeschlüssen und Steuerung der Compliance-Pflichten für Konzerngesellschaften in Deutschland und international. Prüfung von Vertraulichkeitsvereinbarungen sowie Mitwirkung bei Verträgen, Vorlagen und Richtlinien. Organisation und Nachverfolgung von Notarterminen sowie Sitzungen von Geschäftsführung und Aufsichtsrat. Verantwortung für das Vertragsmanagement-System: Fristenüberwachung, Verlängerungen, Kündigungen und Ablage. Unterstützung beim Compliance-Management und bei internen Untersuchungen. Koordination externer Dienstleister im Versicherungsbereich, mit der Möglichkeit, dieses Thema eigenverantwortlich weiterzuentwickeln. Mitarbeit an funktionsübergreifenden Projekten, einschließlich M&A-Vorhaben und Unternehmensrestrukturierungen. Die Stelle umfasst 3 Präsenztage pro Woche vor Ort, mit Flexibilität für die übrigen Arbeitstage.
